CrossFit Kids is for ages 4-17 years old and we divide the class into multiple age-groups with different instructors. 4-year-olds must be able to interact in the class independently (but parents can watch from the side of the room). CrossFit Teens Registration --
Please contact us if you have at least seven teens that want to begin and we will add a teen program. For Fall, our regular teen members are playing Fall sports for their high school. Our program is designed for teenage athletes looking for a targeted strength and conditioning program to enhance their general physical preparedness. Classes follow the CrossFit training philosophy of constantly varied, high intensity exercise and combine elements from aerobic conditioning, plyometrics, weight lifting and gymnastics. All classes last one hour and incorporate warm-ups, skill development, workout, and mobility.
