We now have CrossFit classes many days at 5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 9 am, noon, 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm! With CrossFit memberships, you choose how many times you go per week -- it is not based on which class you attend. Therefore, we have a lot of flexibility to accommodate busy schedules! We've also added some 5 pm Boot Camp classes and some CrossFit endurance classes at noon and in the evening. Check out the full schedule below.
