Our bootamp is back starting January 5, 2025! Here's what you need to know!
- You can attend a free trial before signing up! To do this,
- Click on the SCHEDULE link in our menu (or go to http://www.flowercitycrossfit.com/schedule)
- Click on the bootcamp class you would like to attend for free on the schedule. You will be taken to a registration page where you go to the area that says, "New Here? Sign Up"
- You will then be taken to a page where you enter a few details for the registration, and you can choose a FREE TRIAL.
- TO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP (no contracts!)
- Each class has a warm-up, workout and cool down (stretching).
- Classes are 1 hour each.
- All movements can be scaled to any fitness level and the coach will go over all of the movements and scaling before the workout.
- There are various styles of workouts we will incorporate, and no workout will be the same for a month!
- You don't have to have any prior history with doing CrossFit or Bootcamp. You can be straight off the couch!
- No matter what your fitness level, we will challenge you to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing.
- Our coaches are knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and nutrition - you can ask them anything to help your fitness journey!
- We do not have any contracts! You buy however many months you want and get to work!
