Built for Race Day
HYROX is the fitness race taking over the world: 8 kilometers of running, 8 stations, one finish line. We'll get you across it, faster than you think.

01 / The race
Same Course, Every City
Every HYROX race in the world follows the identical format: run a kilometer, hit a station, repeat eight times. Because the course never changes, your training can map exactly to what race day demands: no surprises, no guesswork, just preparation that transfers one-to-one.
Never raced and not sure you want to? Doesn't matter. HYROX-style training is simply brutally effective fitness, race or no race.
02 / How we train
What You'll Work On
- Compromised running: run-to-station intervals so holding pace on tired legs feels normal by race day.
- Station skills: sled loading and mechanics, grip endurance, and wall-ball volume without burning out your shoulders.
- The engine: the aerobic base that keeps station 8 looking like station 1.
- Strategy: pacing plans, transitions, and how to attack your division: singles, doubles, or relay.
The strength side comes with the territory here. The barbell work our members already do is exactly what sleds, carries, and lunges are built on.
03 / Who it's for
First Race or Fastest Race
Training for your first event, teaming up with a partner for doubles, or chasing a PR after a race that didn't go your way. The room works for all of it. Beginners build the base and learn the stations; returning racers fix weak points and sharpen splits.
1-on-1 HYROX Coaching
Want a coach in your corner? Our personal trainers build individualized race prep around your target event. Train one-on-one, or bring your doubles partner and split the session.
Race-Week Ready
As your event gets close, training shifts to race simulation: full run-station circuits, transition practice, and a taper so you show up fresh.
04 / Race simulations
We Don't Just Train It. We Run It.
Training for a race is one thing. Standing on the start line is another. So we put on full race simulations, and the most recent one took over Dick's House of Sport.
A sold-out field, the outdoor track and turf, and every station run the way it is run on race day.
Simulations use the real format, the real distances, and the real order: run a kilometer, hit a station, repeat. You practise transitions, find out where your pacing falls apart, and learn what the eighth station actually feels like, all before it counts.
Solo or doubles, first-timer or returning racer, everyone runs the same course. It is the single most useful thing you can do between signing up for a race and standing on the start line.
