Min Requirements: None. If we have a WOD with higher skills, you will be able to do a higher quantity of a lower skill (e.g., 20 double-unders or 60 singles) or it will be worth less points. Prizes: Cash and vendor prizes! Max No. of Teams: 24 WODs: Posted below at least one week before the competition. Schedule & Scoring: 5 workouts, no eliminations. Doors open at 8:00 am with the competition starting at 9:00 am sharp (the first demo is 8:45 am) and ending by 2:30 pm.
